Dow Jones Index May Crash to 5,000 in 2011

Date: 7/18/2010

On 7/18/2010 Friday's stock market performance was a warning shot as the Dow Jones Industrial Average Fell 261.41 points to close at 10,097.90. StockMarketFunding.com CEO Mario Marciano high lights the current economic trends for 2010 on the road to 2011.

We ran 2 seperate senarios. The first senario would be Dow 14,000 if the government did the right thing and renewed the Bush Tax Cuts. The 2nd would be "Dow 5,000" as the QE2 running off combined with tax cut increases, higher unemployment, higher inflation, and an overall weaker consumer.

Dow Jones 14,000 How a Stock Market Rally in 2011 & 2012 Would Set Up Part 2

Think we can't see "Dow 5,000" by 2011?
We discuss how our 30 years of experience shows us the worst tax plan in United States history coupled with 2011 tax increases, additional healthcare taxes, we see "Dow 5,000" in 2011 to 2012. We discuss the 2011 situation and the financial regulation reform bill and the impact on small business.

The big banking institutions will certainly be making less money than they once did. We discuss the new "controls" that prohibit certain activity and how it can impact the economy going forward. SMF also highlights how the government can take over your 401k and IRA. Local municipalities are going to have a hard time with current deficit and spending levels. As the new taxes hitting consumers and small business in 2011 make the equity market quite attractive from a longer term shorting stand point.

Most mutual fund investors through their 401ks and IRAs are setting up to repeat the suffering 2008's stock market crash brought and we'll see "Dow 5,000" between 2011 and 2013. Watch the special 2 part video series below and we hope you find these videos helpful.
