The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return performance of an equity index based upon the developed world (ex-US) small-cap equity markets. The fund uses a passive management strategy and sampling methodology designed to track the total return performance of the S&P Developed Ex-U.S. under USD 2 Billion Index. The index is a market capitalization weighted index that defines and measures the investable universe of publicly traded companies domiciled in developed countries outside the U.S. The fund is non-diversified.
