Stocks
have risen for the 5th day and the "fear indicator" VIX levels have broke some key moving averages. What does this mean for stocks going into 2012?

The S&P 500 Index closed above the "highly watched" 1,250 handle closing at 1,254 up 10.28 points or .83%.The VIX closed at $21.16 down $.27 or 1.26% but well off the intraday lows of $20.34.
