S&P 500 Index Short Term Technical Analysis Update - Wednesday Novermber 9th, 2011 we saw the S&P 500 drop 3.67% or 46.82 points to close at $1,229.1.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average Index fell 389 points or 3.2% to close at 11,781. All 30 stocks in the Dow Jones closed lower

The bear was squeezed all the way up to a lower weekly high of 1,277.55 before the "European Crisis" headlines and "Italy Debt Crisis" news hit the market.

We saw the deflated put side of the market gain a great deal of the premium it lost through out the bull run. We highlighted the massive put options purchased on the S&P 500 and told traders they were early on the bear move.

One example was the November (Regular Expiration) 1200 Put Options which closed yesterday at $2.95 and hit a high today of $18 a 610% return.
