Stock Market Crash...AGAIN! Obama is about to speak about the Wall St. Reform and markets sold hard going into the Close with the Dow Jones Industrial Average Index closing down 376 points. Broad based distributions continued through out the day as short sellers refused to allow the bulls to take back control.
