First Solar (FSLR) Stock Upgraded Wall Street Short Squeeze 46.4% Short Interest. Shares of First Solar rose $7.82 in "pre market" trading or 6.04% on positive analyst upgrades. Credit Suisse said reports indicate the DOE will announce $4.5B in additional conditional guarantees for First Solar projects today. As a result, the firm has raised its price target to $135 from $100 and maintains its Neutral rating. First Solar initiated with a Positive at Avian target price $160.
