Opportunity for a service-minded individual to join the Project Management division. Candidate must be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to excellence in serving our family of customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; creatively resolving client challenges via phone and e-mail. Providing timely support to resolve issues with live event enrollments. Maximizing the clients' experience in using our services by offering information and answering questions. Providing some technical support. Actively listening to the clients' requests to provide solutions that best support their personal growth. Looking beyond a single customer issue to uncover potential trends in issues. Creating Customer Service business processes as new StockMarketFunding.com events and products are developed. Traveling to live StockMarketFunding.com events and providing onsite support to participants. Being part of a team committed to adding massive value to the lives of our customers. Must be results focused and mission driven. 2. Support Representative
Opportunity for a Support Representative to support the Project Management regarding sales orders, extras, mailings and data entry. Will also be responsible for managing the Project Management daily calendar. We are looking for an individual who has knowledge of using the entire MS Office Suite: Excel, Word and Outlook. Must demonstrate solid administration skills, thrives in a support role. This employee should be flexible, have the ability to multi-task and be a self-starter and team player! 3. StockMarketFunding.com Management
An excellent opportunity for a sales-minded individual to join the StockMarketFunding.com Management division. Reporting to the CEO, the overall purpose of the role is to actively promote and sell SMF (meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions) space and value-added sponsorship opportunities to new and existing clients. The role is also responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets along with all aspects of sales management and client care. We are looking for an individual who is able to operate at director level within large blue chip organizations, adopt a consultative approach to account handling and form strong business relationships with major industry players and Associations. You will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal and be a strong team player, motivator and leader. Required personal qualities will include being results focused and success oriented along with setting high personal standards for success.
4. Programmer
Excellent opportunity within our IT department for Programmer. Will work with business owners to design/write business requirements and technical specifications. Lead and provide high initiative on efforts that improve the quality and availability of the information systems and assists the business to improve information systems to meet efficiency and extensibility needs. Advises and assists other resources and groups within IT by being a subject matter expert. This position will have an expert and advisory level in development in Java-Unix and VB, ASP, and .NET technology and be able to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems, review, identify and resolve design issues, and strive for proactive identification and resolution of potential issues. Under little to no supervision, responsible for making decisions with an in-depth understanding of the integration of all systems using multiple technology implementations across a global 7x24X365 hour environment. Communicating with end users in a timely manner as to the status of their needs, problems or questions, and participating in troubleshooting problems, facilitating the communications escalation process and disseminating information with fellow employees as needed. Ensures adequate involvement in necessary efforts relating to system development. Proactive pursuit in identifying any potential issues and/or single points of failure and acting to mitigate and/or remove any identified risks. In conjunction to working through the goals and objectives with management, sharpen technical and professional skills by continued focus on the skills development plan. Complete efforts with little to no direction and guidance, and conduct activities through root cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement in the evolution of the systems. Generate Ideas and proposals on ways to improve information systems for the future.
